If I change my device, can I still use the 2-factor authentication app?

If you change your device type, we recommend using a 2-factor authentication app which will be able to carry your settings over to the new device.

＊Please download app from either the iOS or Android store.

＊When you use transfer function of 2-factor authentication app, there's a possibility of revealing your key. Please confirm how to transfer your 2-factor authentication App settings at each app company's website.

＊If you install an application different from your old 2FA app on your new phone, you can delete the old settings from your Zaif account and replace them with the new app's settings.
