When I open my Transaction History or other CSV files, they are corrupted. What should I do?

There are some cases where CSV files such as Transaction History can become corrupted when opened in Excel.

Zaif does not provide this data in the Excel format.

Please either change the character encoding for the downloaded CSV file to UTF-8, or open the file in a CSV editor that can edit CSV files with UTF-8 formatting. We apologize for this inconvenience.
