If you do not receive your code even after waiting, please check to see that a delivery attempted notice has not been posted. If there is no delivery attempted notice, it is possible that the package has been returned to the company due to a mistake in the address or an unclear destination. If this is the case, we will return your mailing application from the company side.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please submit your application once again after checking that the address has been entered correctly.
For items that have been returned to us due to exceeding the holding period, we will return the mailing request to the customer. Please contact the Zaif Exchange Support Center.
